Mediation is a way to resolve disputes and discussions outside of court. When two or more parties have a conflict they cannot resolve on their own, they can turn to a mediator.
The mediator is a neutral third party who guides the parties in finding a solution. They are independent and will not act or fight on behalf of just one party. It is always better for parties to reach a solution together through dialogue rather than through a legal procedure against each other.
