This includes registration as a newcomer, regularization, people without legal residence, applying for Belgian nationality, family reunification, recognition of a foreign marriage, and more. Sahli Translation & Mediation can provide practical explanations, as well as practical assistance with your application. Together, we will review which procedure is best suited for your situation. We do not act as lawyers or legal advisors, and we do not offer legal advice, but we may be able to help you with information and clarifications. Thanks to our years of experience in the social sector and immigration files, we have acquired sufficient knowledge to assist our clients with their applications.

We offer guidance to non-native newcomers and help them with their questions and needs. We provide information on various matters in their new home country, Belgium. Newcomers often face many administrative but also complex procedures. We are happy to help with this, such as supporting their migration files, forms, applications, job search, and education. Of course, we do not limit ourselves to newcomers. We offer our services to anyone with questions.

Newcomer guidance is provided in the form of office consultations at our office in Antwerp.
During these consultations, we make arrangements about what we can and cannot do.

Consultation Hours:
Sahli Translation & Mediation offers several time slots during weekdays for appointments where newcomers can come with their questions. We help with filling out forms such as for rent subsidies, childcare, training, housing, and more. We also explain how other procedures work or where to go for further assistance. Helping with writing a letter, drafting an objection, calling an organization, or making an appointment is also possible.
